You are probably well aware of the imposter syndrome that makes sufferers experience intense feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt despite how successful they may be. However, few people know of its opposite, which is aptly called the empowered self. To understand what it is, think of having a mindset that compels you to be comfortable in your skin, confident of your abilities and skills, and constantly makes you feel capable and worthy of success.
